Some of you will remember the RoPieee Network Installer. It’s back, now as the Verox Network Installer.
It’s a small image that works on every supported Raspberry Pi. You flash it, put the card in your Pi, and switch it on. The installer finds out which Pi it’s running on and downloads the latest stable Verox release for it. The download is a fraction of the size of a full image, so flashing is done in no time, and you never have to work out which image you need.
Two things to keep in mind: the installer needs a wired network connection, and it doesn’t work on the Orchard Audio PecanPi+. For the PecanPi+, just use the regular image.
